Tiger has an established and growing network which is re-shaping the garden building industry by improving on the traditional garden building display site model. Supported by nationwide advertising and high quality products, this network offers customers across the country a unique opportunity to view our impressive range of garden buildings first-hand and experience the quality and craftsmanship for themselves. We are looking for the right partners to assist us in bringing this experience to all regions of the UK by offering the chance to create and develop your own Tiger showsite franchise. Tiger stands out in a largely generic market because of its growing brand awareness, and its unique multichannel reach. We offer one of the widest ranges of timber garden buildings in the UK, with new designs and models introduced on a regular basis. Tiger branded revenue has grown over 70% over the last five years, through both pandemic and more recent challenging trading conditions in the market.
Tiger buildings will be sold via a fully branded showsite that will display approximately 23 to 35 buildings from the Tiger range. The showsites should be between 4,000 to 6,000 square feet and will typically be exterior sites in key retail locations with existing footfall to the area.
As the owner of a Tiger franchise, you - or your team - will staff the Tiger showsite and provide key face to face sales and customer support to assist on-site customers with finding their perfect space within the Tiger range of garden buildings and then completing the sale process on-site using our online admin system.

Tiger has signed an exclusive partnership agreement with British Garden Centres (BGC) group giving us access to a large number of premium garden centres across the country with leases that are ready to be set up in your name at an agreed and centrally discounted rate. These sites are in prominent positions within popular garden centres providing the perfect location for high quality footfall in the optimum demographic.
The concept of Tiger branded display sites has already been successfully piloted, and the network already has eight (soon to be nine) sites opened and showing profitable trading performance. The first franchised site, launched in partnership with BGC was opened in April 2023 at Brigg Garden Centre, and further sites have opened across England and Scotland.
We will work with you to find and secure a great site for your new Tiger showsite franchise – either with an existing BGC site, or at a suitable alternative location.
